Health Care Volunteering services will be provided in Nkuv in a local community of Kumbo. Patients will receive all types of dental procedures in the rural community to local children and adults. In addition, medical procedures mostly surgical will be provided to children and adults in the local area, but medical teams must bring their own supplies, dental materials and tools. Also, there are opportunities for physicians and/or nurses to train nurses and other health care providers in clinical medical education. Also, there are opportunities for non-clinical volunteers to assist the dentist and doctor chairside. Teams are encouraged to apply. There are still other more communities with the same opportunities as Nkuv. Volunteers must bring their own working tools as the local NGO or the community does not have any of the medical tools, dental instruments or materials available.
We would appreciate it if the volunteers can work in these communities to carter for our people for some time and see into the general healthcare. (Dental/Eye/Ear/Malaria/General HealthCare).
