What exactly is this?
Our aim is to create the world’s largest directory of volunteering opportunities â€" the first port of call for a volunteer wishing to work anywhere in the world. We aim to set up projects throughout the world, to provide free medical and dental care to those who really need it.
How are we doing it and how can I help?
1) To become a general volunteer: We are looking for motivated people from all walks of life with an interest in volunteering in a health care setting to apply to become a volunteer in our projects and to be connected to other volunteers and organisations throughout the world.
To do this simply click on “Join the movement†and follow the application steps.
2) To become a Local Requirements Liaison for HealthCare Volunteer: We are looking to find one volunteer within each country in the world to be appointed as the Local Requirements Liaison. The role of this person is to establish contact and an ongoing relationship with various Health Departments in their locations. They are also responsible for consistently providing up to date information on legal requirements, temporary licensure, malpractice laws and other pertinent information for volunteers coming from abroad into their location. If you interested in becoming a local liaison please Apply now or contact health@healthcarevolunteer.com for more information on this initiative.
