Who can receive free health care?

Any needy person can sign up for health volunteers to provide free treatment for them. In order to qualify for free treatment your annual income must be below the 2009 Federal Poverty Line.

Step 1 : Check your eligibility with the U.S. Federal Register Poverty Line. You must have annual income in the preceding year below the federal poverty guideline.

Step 2 : Sign up for a free patient account online.

Step 3 : We will match you as quickly as possible with a health care practictioner in your local area (typically within 20 miles) who will provide you or your child with the health service requested. For instance a dentist in your local area who has volunteered to provide your child with a free dental screening would contact you via email/phone, and you would also be emailed with their contact information to schedule an appointment. We will contact you via email with the contact information of the practitioner. You will need to call the practitioner's office and schedule your appointment with the them during its office hours. We will mail the practitioner a packet of supplies and forms to use during the delivery of the free health service to you.

Step 4 : Bring a copy of your previous year tax-return to the appointment in order to prove that you had income below the federal poverty line. Receive your free health service.
