Non-discrimination Policy

Our non-discrimination policy clearly states our goal of an inclusive and nondiscriminatory work environment in which all employees and volunteers are valued and empowered to succeed. Qualified applicants are considered for employment and volunteering positions, and employees and volunteers are not discriminated against during employment with regard to race, color, national origin, citizenship status, creed, religion, religious affiliation, age, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable law. In addition, our partnerships are made solely on the content and reputation of the organization and not based off of any non-business related criteria as listed above. HealthCare Volunteer also has a harassment-free workplace and volunteer location policy, which prohibits sexual harassment as well as any other form of harassment.
