Typical deployments are for 4-6 weeks LOCATION: Deployments can be potentially anywhere in the world where needed, typically after a large-scale disaster. The Canadian Red Cross Society (CRCS), a non-profit, humanitarian organization dedicated to helping Canadians, as well as the most vulnerable throughout the world, is currently seeking experienced medical and non-medical professionals to be part of the Emergency Response Unit (ERU) roster of the Canadian Red Cross, to be trained and ready to deploy on short notice in the event of an overseas emergency..
