Opportunity Description:
We are looking for volunteers with all sorts of medical background to travel with us and assist in different aspect of community health initiatives. Any medical experience is acceptable. But you do not have to be a medical professional to volunteer; we are always looking for administrators. Doctors, nurses and all those with medical experience are highly encouraged to volunteer and donate to this project.

Parasite Eradication Project needed for

Opportunity Description:
We are currently seeking to work with doctors to eliminate and prevent parasites in the village population of Amazon Basin of South America. We employ intensive testing of individuals and administration of medicines to eliminate the parasites. Community education and water treatment at point of consumption is used as part of project sustainability and prevention.

Global Village Hope Foundation was founded with the ultimate goal of creating sustainable programs in poor and under served villages scattered all over the world. It is our desire to expand our services with the aim of preventing and relieving suffering and improving the standard of living in small villages throughout the countries we serve.
We partner with the poorest of the poor, the helpless and the forgotten poor to create efficient, and effective sustainable projects to lift the communities out of misery.
We combine ecotourism and non-profit charity programs in these villages to improve their economic standard and healthcare.
We partner with classroom, high school, university, business, social club, church group, or private association, families and individuals like you to expand our services to include sustainable healthcare programs, micro economic programs, and other humanitarian services.
An average of 81 cents of every dollar Global Village Hope spends is invested in humanitarian services and sustainable programs. We are not a government agency; we rely on our volunteers, donations of time, money, and material goods to do our work.
