All participants must submit curriculum vitae, license to practice medicine, medical school diploma, two passport size pictures, Board Certification letter from respective Board and two references. All participants are required to pay a program fee of $150.00 and provide supplies he/she will need for the trip. HTC/Fla. will provide room and board and economy class transportation to site. No language requirement other than English and missions are 8-12 days duration.
