The HORD staff is 100 volunteer based. With no salaries, the only incentive for HORD staffers is to improve the living conditions in their own communities – that is incentive enough. Mission To empower orphans and vulnerable children and their households by providing the skills and tools they need to become self sustaining. Our Vision A community filled with hope where every child has a supportive home and every adult has the skills to better their lives for sustainable development.
