Volunteers are needed for office support and client services programs. We need Emotional Support Services Group Facilitators, Operations Volunteers, Event Volunteers, and Event Planners. By simply filling out and submitting a volunteer application form, and joining our volunteer network, you will be counted as a member of our community and added to our growing numbers. Volunteers receive regular updates on volunteering opportunities. This is an excellent option for professionals who wish to contribute their skills to specific projects as needed, or those who do not have the availability to commit to scheduled hours. Drop Ins WELCOME!!! The L.A. Shanti HQ is bustling with activity M-F 10 am ? 6 pm. We are constantly in need of volunteers to provide administrative or special project support to staff and senior volunteers. If you are available and want to drop in ? PLEASE DO! Common tasks may include: duplicating reporting materials, preparing letters/mailings, phone confirmation of scheduled volunteers, data entry, and other general administrative tasks.
