Meal Assistant Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital is searching for meal assistants to help residents with feeding activities. Duties would be limited to assisting residents who are unable to feed themselves with meals. The position requires a volunteer orientation and training in regard to feeding residents. Time and schedule are flexible. We prefer volunteers to commit to at least one feeding per week. A background check and TB test are required prior to beginning participation. Escort/Transportation Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital is searching for escorts to accompany resident?s outings into the community, to and from Dr.?s appointments, and moving residents though out the complex for social and/or religious events. Examples of activities would include bowling, shopping, and museums. The position requires a volunteer orientation. Time and schedule are flexible.
