Mission Statement: (See Web Site For Updated Information)
The name Nido di Speranza is an Italian phrase which means Nest of Hope. We are a registered non profit organisation (NPO) and Voluntary Organisation (VO), committed to change, grow, love and aspire for the poor and marginalized communities and especially hope of our children.
Our vision is to impact the lives of a poor and marginalized communities in Cameroon whose future is being threatened by HIV/AIDS, abandonment and poverty. Our desire is to see the poor and underpriviledged youths especially those with disabilities find a home where they can experience loving relationships and be part of a secure family environment and gain economic independence. Thus, provide job skills to youth with disabilities, orphans, street children and vulnerable children from at risk homes in our community. We want these youth to live up to their potential. We want them to be able to earn a living wage so they can provide for themselves, their families and grow to be valued and contributing members of our community.
