Caring for our communitys uninsured
Peoples health clinic started in 2000 in response to the comunitys growing need for affordabel health care. Our clinic had 2500 patient visits in 2006. Approximately 80% of our patients are hispanic and 20% are children. We are constantly growing in patient population and our need for volunteers. We currently see patients on three diffrent days. These clinics include obstetrics, general medicine, diabetic, hypertension and pediatrics. We accept volunteers from all medical/nursing programs. |
