Whether your interests lie in working with patients and their families, clerical or business interests, Queen of the Valley Hospital Volunteer Services has a place for you. Patient Services Team Volunteer Services is organizing a service team that will work directly with patients to provide services that assist patients during their stay in the hospital. These services include but are not limited to the following: 1) Keeping company with a patient. 2) Providing entertainment options such as music, games, etc. 3) Reading to a patient or writing (letters, notes, memoirs) on behalf of a patient. 4) Providing shopping services at QVH gift shop. 5) Basic grooming services (hair brushing/combing, make-up application).
