Nursing at Holy Redeemer Hospital/Home Care needed for
6 to 12 months
Opportunity Description:
2-5 days/week
The registered nurse must be able to perform all aspects of the nursing process. This includes: facilitation, communication, assessment, intervention, education, planning and providing comprehensive nursing care for patients, families and significant others. Communicates with physicians/co-workers and patient care coordinator as appropriate about changes in a patient's clinical condition

Hospice Patient Care needed for
6 to 12 months
Opportunity Description:
2-5 days/week
Provide adequate emotional support to patient and family, provide respite services such as staying with patient while family is resting or away, communicate changes in patient condition or home situation to hospice department, provide errands or other services as agreed upon with family and hospice department, continue contact after patient's death, as requested by hospice.
