Mission Statement: (See Web Site For Updated Information)
Rocky Mountain Care Foundation is a non profit organization that services Rocky Mountain Care. Our volunteers provide respite care, friendly visits, and conversation to terminally ill patients who are on our hospice services. We also have a community outreach volunteer program, helping people maintain their independence throughout their life. Volunteers will help with friendly visits, running errands, light housework, yard work, and other needs. We believe that people have the right to maintain their independence and dignity throughout their life. Each individual who receives our services, receives dignity and skillfully managed care, with the option of receiving compassionate service from our dedicated volunteers.
