Its members cheerfully greet all patients and visitors at the Information Desk and direct them to their desired location, and receive florist flowers and deliver them to patients rooms. Volunteers work in many areas of the hospital: Information Desk, Human Resources, Emergency Department reception, Medical Records, Surgery Center, and Long Term Care units. In addition to assisting visitors, Auxiliary members perform office tasks and assist patients by delivering fresh water, mail, and the newspaper.
