The mission of the Sweetwater Hospital Association is to promote healthy lifestyles and to provide the highest quality primary health care to our region at the lowest possible cost. Sweetwater Hospital Volunteer Services enlist community minded people who wish to serve their fellow man with compassion and a caring spirit. Duties of the Volunteers vary, including interaction with patients by helping to make their stay in the Hospital as enjoyable as can be expected, assisting nursing personnel, serving as an information counter, operating the Gift of Love gift shop, and giving other assistance as needed or directed.
Currently, there are thirty-two volunteers and new members are always welcome and appreciated.
