What is Hospice?


Hospice is a comprehensive program of medical care designed to address the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients with life-limiting illnesses and to provide support services for their family members. This care is provided by skilled, compassionate healthcare professionals and trained volunteers.





Why Volunteer?


Volunteers are a critical part of the VistaCare team and play a vital role in serving hospice patients and their families. Volunteers can serve our patients families in several ways and it allows you the opportunity to give back to the community.





What can I do as a VistaCare Volunteer?
