West Anaheim Medical Center has sustained a 30-year plus commitment to provide community oriented programs. Patients are cared for in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings. Our services not only focus on the treatment of existing conditions, but also on preventive medicine for the entire family. West Anaheim Medical Center is part of Vanguard Health Systems. In addition to West Anaheim Medical Center, locally Vanguard Health Systems includes La Palma Intercommunity Hospital and Huntington Beach Hospital. Vanguard Health System was founded in 1997, and currently owns and operates nine acute-care hospitals in California, Arizona and Illinois, comprising 1,875 beds.
